We rested with my husband and child through Paradise Travel in Austria, Serfaus resort in January 2014. I like it. We turned in late, there was no longer a special choice of hotels, but we still managed to find a cozy family-type hotel. A pleasant impression was made by the honesty of the manager Natalia. So, for example, she warned us that the resort is not exactly "children's" and is considered more of a youth resort. Sufficiently high slides, steep slopes and entertainment infrastructure is focused more on friendly companies than on family vacations. In addition, there are practically no tracks for cross-country skiing. I already knew all this, but the attitude of the manager pleased me. There are few places where managers run the risk of telling the “unprofitable” truth, especially if the client is already climbing into his wallet for money. I remember in another travel agency (I won’t write to which one, leaving a negative is not in my rules) I chose a very expensive hotel in Egypt, so there the manager almost choked with saliva while advertising it. It’s good that I checked in time that the entrance to the sea was not from the shore, but from the pier, but a depth of 15 meters ... and my child at that time was three years old ... And all this was announced by me in advance ... Hmm ... I think that such a situation is excluded here . In the process of choosing a hotel (and we chose for a long time and meticulously, despite the fact that there were few of them!) We were told both about their advantages and disadvantages. On the example of the Hotel Amadeus-Micheluzzi we chose, I can say that everything was confirmed. Of the shortcomings, as we were warned, it turned out: the distance and the "line" - 700 meters to go down to the ski lift. Taki, yes ... It's damn uncomfortable in ski boots! Pros: Awesome pool downstairs. Not a pool - a whole spa. Three types of baths, free teas, herbal tinctures, in fact, the pool itself is huge, with various massages, lighting, a waterfall and a Jacuzzi and some other physiotherapy cabins, there was even an infrared sauna. In general, serious competition, my skis))). At our request, Natalia separately learned in detail about the children's ski school: Russian instructors, location, working hours, photos, etc. etc. d. The instructor was great! "Put" on skis in two days. For his age, this is very good. Dashed off, rested, returned very satisfied. Everything is exactly as I expected. Thanks for the good service!
