At first, I was also "tormented by vague doubts" - what kind of company this was and where it came from, the license was quite recent, etc. But I took a risk and in May I went on their tour No. 2 in Lycia, which I was very pleased with - the program is interesting, the places are amazing, the impressions are unforgettable, and the price is quite acceptable :-) There were, however, some unusual moments: payment only through a bank, an agreement by mail, receipt of documents for departure - on the very last day before departure (when there is enough to do, fees, etc., and also trudge to Darnitsa) or at the airport itself before departure, but it seemed risky to me - what if something is framed incorrectly, and then how to fix it ?. But in the end everything was OK.
It's funny to read the previous commentators - when faced with such, you understand why they can't stand our people abroad. Everything is wrong for them, not that, not there and not for so much. Everyone around them owes something (and they don't give it back!). If, for example, galaand travels and communicates with people in the same spirit as he writes reviews (which is worth only the statement that all “louts and their customers just hate”), then I would probably have arisen in the place of the guide the temptation to leave her / him somewhere far away not for 3 hours, but forever. Maybe they won't find...
As for hotels, it is indicated, and the operator said - they are accommodated upon arrival, in a hotel of the provided level, the site indicates the most likely options, so there can be no “3 times worse” among 5 * hotels - it just can be another hotel in another parts of the city. As for the plane, it’s also cool - you, dear, are not “flying with a tour operator”, but with an airline, and it is she (as well as the weather, the airport administration and other factors that are just as far from the tour operator) that determines when the plane will fly - all the more charter. And if a Ukrainian air carrier (or travel agency) “given you only lunch for 6 hours of tedious waiting,” then this indicates a certain decency in relation to customers - there are situations and worse. You didn't think that due to the 6-hour delay they would be obliged to feed you dinners for the rest of your life?
By the way, Thistle Travel is the host and operator in Turkey - this is also indicated on the Premium Travel website. Their guides are generally good (judging by the reviews and personal experience), they are fluent in Russian. So if you have the desire and opportunity, you can travel with Premio Travel, it doesn't hurt :-)
