Travel agency doesn't like customers

Tour Antalya-Istanbul.

Due to the fact that "Premio-Travel" once again ignored our request to get into a group with a certain guide who led a parallel group (and did not even bother to answer what the reason was, and before the tour they said that this guide would not be in this tour) I write only about the shortcomings of the tour. Fundamentally.

1st horror: Hotel Onyria Claros is beautiful only in the lobby. Although it is also difficult to figure out where to go in the elevator, without explaining when you just got off the bus and with bags. And it's 5 stars! Chickens laugh, to say the least. In Bulgaria, 1 star was cleaner, not even close to compare with Europe. Why I'm not picky about hotels. I even remembered the number: 1126. It was terrible in the room: a dirty curtain (in chocolate or something of that color - I don’t want to think what could be there), on the balcony under a chair an unfinished bottle, the water is not very hot (someone has there was no hot water at all on the higher floor), non-working soap dishes for liquid soap, I don’t remember if there was anything else like that, but most importantly: the bed, most likely, was not changed - a lot of hair from previous guests on 2 beds: on pillows, on sheets and under the sheets - I turned the sheets over and took off the pillowcases so that it would not be so disgusting to sleep.

2nd crap. The cafe in front of Pamukkale was not very good, the food was not very fresh and the smell around the cafe was toilet - after lunch in this cafe my stomach twisted terribly, I don’t know how I even managed to endure to the toilet.

3rd fiction. The "Culture and Pleasure" package is such a lure for newcomers. The same as paying for excursions on the spot. It doesn't look good to tourists. Some people were very indignant at first and tried to quarrel with the guide, because the expectations about the excursions (verbal and booklet promises) and the fact that they still paid did not match. Not to mention that the price was promised lower than in Turkey for this package (which was not) and we were not provided with the promised Topkapi Palace and the cable car in Pergamon (even if only in the opposite direction - we saw that it worked ).

4th opposition. In Istanbul, because of the weather, a boat trip was completely uninteresting - the rest, although I survived in the rain. And given the constant queue on the ship for the toilet and the dog cold and wind at sea (just on that day, the dry cargo ship Volga Balt 199 sank near Istanbul), it was possible to come up with an alternative in a warm place.

5th oversight: the guide needs to learn Russian cases and genders well. Forgot to treat us to a cocktail.

6th disadvantage: 2 hours in Pamukkale is not enough. 1 hour swimming + time for changing clothes - in this case, it will take only 10 minutes to walk along the travertines, a maximum of 15 minutes, as we did. And for those girls who wanted to go swimming after visiting the travertine, there was not enough time for this at all.

Read and enjoy the responsiveness of the travel agency. Such "little things" as endlessly asking them for information about aircraft departures by email. mail, excursions and other things you can not even mention.
