The company was chosen by chance because there was no choice, we were in a hurry and really regretted it, there we were very nicely told that there were good buses, a direct flight, etc. In fact, everything was very unorganized, the driver did not know routes, addresses, etc. what they said back and forth on the phone were rude, rude and snapped at the passengers. we were driving to Genichesk, and they drove us past, rolled along Kirilovka and then brought us, well, not idiots, rolled us in the heat for 10-11 hours, although by the time I should have been at sea due to ignorance of the addresses, we lost half a day of time !!!! !!!! Sharashkin's office also for such grandmothers !!!! The buses were not air conditioned! no words, only emotions
