We bought a ticket to Tunisia at the Kiev office of Nord. Since there are no options for Ukraine on the site, I chose Moscow as the title. Moscow does not know, but let him know what is happening in its branches.
I would not advise traveling to Tunisia with Nord. In the Kiev office, the manager mixed up the dates and sent us 8 days instead of 11. This turned out on the eve of departure, when we were given tickets and a voucher. The difference was returned, but the mood was spoiled for the whole vacation. The guides did not come to the meetings at the hotel on time or did not come at all. A few hours before departure, an obviously incorrect departure time was indicated on the information board, but there was no one to clarify, no one came at the appointed time. I had to call the guides for my money to find out. Later, the reception handed us a note with apologies and compensation for the calls. Well, at least something. We bought a tour from Nord. Departure was scheduled for 7:30 am. We arrived only at 8.30, no one called the hotel did not warn. I had to call myself, standing for an hour on the street in complete ignorance. It turned out that they mixed up the time for another hotel - they wrote later, and us earlier. In general, the Nord company has specific problems with mathematics. Do not know how to distinguish 8 from 11, do not trade in vouchers.
We wrote a specific complaint to the Kyiv office and sent a copy to Moscow. Let's wait for an apology.
