dishonest tour operator

We ordered a tour on 12/31/2013 for 5 people 2 vz. and 2 children. + 1 voz. At the same time, they indicated that the flight should be all together on one flight. We booked a hotel room on the top floors. Otherwise, they asked the tour not to be confirmed.

On 12/31/2013 we were told that all the conditions were agreed, on 01/02/2014 they confirmed everything, and upon receipt of the package of documents they were confronted with the fact that 1 voz. (and this is a grandmother without knowledge of English + the first time abroad) does not fly with us, but on another flight. And nothing can be changed. We had the opinion that this was known from the very beginning, but since we had already paid the money, they hid information about different flights from us, waited for the Arabs to confirm the reservation of rooms, and then simply put before the fact that canceling the trip leads to a loss of money .
