Bus tour to Bulgaria.

Of the several components of our vacation (travel agent, Ukrainian tour operator, Bulgarian partner, hotel), the impressions about the News Travel tour operator are the worst :)

Initially, choosing a bus tour, we understood that this option is an economy option. But! .. so, departure on the 20th. We were promised boarding passes and departure information on the 18th. All day on the 18th, the travel agency marinated our agent and on the afternoon of the 19th, FINALLY, we received information about the departure time, places, etc.. It was not that much of a problem, but the logistics work so-so for them..on a C mark. .

The second point is the bus itself!

In the stormy 90s, the best buses went to Bulgaria !!! and Romania, they crossed the AUTOBANE, and not country paths without lighting and markings :)) You will be told that the autobahn is paid :) but this is nonsense .. It’s just that the buses that transport tourists of this travel agency are NOT ABLE to travel at a speed of even 100 km .. because that these are wrecks with bald tires, leaking brake fluid, semi-working. Well, about saving diesel fuel, we also made a discovery for ourselves :)). That is, your path for eleven lands will pass at an average speed of 60 km! Do not wait for boiling water on the bus. Air conditioning at the borders (and stops are very long) will not turn on :) AND THIS IS VERY LUCKY ... Many tourists who traveled back with us also about constantly! breaking buses were told.

In total, this is not just an economy way, but cattle trucks!

I don’t know how things are with the Kiev and Donetsk directions (visually, the buses of ALL of these directions were with normal protectors), but the Lvov and Lutsk directions are KAPETS !!!! Emergency transport is already at the start!

Drivers are afraid to cough at these buses, the transmissions skip...

It's very creepy!!

For example, the distance Cheonovtsy_Rivne (323 km (approximately 4 hours 41 min.) We drove it from 10 am to 18 pm. How do you like it? Even the Zaporozhians cheated us !!!! And this is a Mercedes bus .. One name, in general!

the second negative point is the Bulgarian partner Go2Holiday....

I’ll start with the fact that the manager of our hotel said that everything .. stopped working with this travel agency - they are so irresponsible and indifferent .. well, they are rude :) - too many complaints, because ALL tourists of this representative complain :))

We had no problems with them :)) SB chose a hotel where, by magic, ALL issues were resolved in a second and a half by the manager .. but! Mikhail (representative of the Bulgarian partner of News Travel) - this is still the same frame))) Instead of hello, the person says: what do you need? and this is very typical. He could not give a clear or polite answer to a simple question: approximately what time and how they will pick us up ... He stuffed us to the fullest))))

Well, the manager left a room for us until as many as needed without additional payment (the next tourists checked in at night - we were lucky), i.e. we have not lost anything .. but the very fact of such an attitude. Despite the fact that we asked to give us an approximate range, because we need to have time to feed the children and eat ourselves. Michael answered - go out and wait! like dogs - gave the command :))

About the fact that he did not appear at all for the first meeting at the hotel - I will only mention it in passing. Hum, in short! If you have to contact (well, you never know), keep in mind that the Bulgarian partner is incomprehensible with News Travel.

So, the rest was super, we liked everything, except for the work of the tour operator News Travel at the indicated points!)))))
