Quiet horror!!!

I want to warn everyone who is going to buy a tour from this company - this is a terrible travel agency, irresponsible!!! My family and I went to Sunny Beach by bus, the rest itself is just gorgeous, but the road is something. They drove there for 36 hours, they drive disgustingly, they wander along the road, they stop in the middle of a field on the territory of Romania and Bulgaria, tired drivers, in short, a nightmare !!! And back - this is a different story - we are waiting for the bus, it is not and is not there, it finally arrives, but there are no lists, we stand waiting, waited, but it turns out we are not on the lists, he leaves and says - wait, another one arrives, finally - then we find ourselves on the lists, we go in, and our seats are occupied, and our friends generally have 50.53 seats, and only 49 on the bus, in short, everyone quarreled, somehow got seated))) a woman with a 3rd child they didn’t take it, they mixed something up, so she caught up with the bus at the border, taking off her gold earrings! that's horrible!!! in short, they drove us like some kind of cattle))) they drive terribly, a couple of times there were very scary moments, especially in Romania, the roads are terrible there, but in Ukraine it’s not better) in short, we were just happy when we got to Kyiv !! ! I do not recommend to anyone!!! Think hundred times!!! The holiday itself is very good and we liked everything, next year we will go again, but not by bus, plane or train!!! Let it be a little more expensive, for that the nerves will be in order))) I hope my review will help someone)))
