He was in Vietnam recently, in April this year. The country surprised first of all with its people: friendliness, willingness to help even with complete ignorance of English. I was also impressed by the cheapness of everything in this country, from food and services to transport. For example, you can have a good lunch at a local cafe for 30 thousand dong (about $ 1-1.5). Travel within a few kilometers costs 20 thousand dong, by motor taxi. Saigon branded beer - about 15 thousand dong, cigarettes - 10 thousand dong. Of course, the prices at the resorts are a bit higher, about 2-3 times. It is better to buy souvenirs and clothes in local markets, as they are much cheaper than in large shopping centers, and there is an opportunity to bargain (the price can be reduced by half or even more). Nature is beautiful, that's a fact. You will not find such bright colors everywhere. Luxurious flowers and bright green lawns enchant.

Summing up my vacation, I can safely advise this country, especially if you have not been anywhere but Egypt and Turkey.
