For 7 people, the NEWS TRAWEL company provided a VW T-4 cargo-passenger minibus with rear windows boarded up with PLYWOOD. The minibus had 6 seats and, of course, there was no air conditioning. Upon arrival in Nikolaev, they nailed the finger of the hand with the door, nailed it so that the nail flew out. The driver immediately left without helping. As a result of such a "rest", he lost his working capacity for at least 2 weeks. I am collecting documents and will file a lawsuit.
