News Travel: 'Eat what you serve!'

Returned from Bulgaria from 8 to 9 August 2014. I have never traveled so disgustingly before (I have traveled to Bulgaria with my family many times). "The customer is always right" is not for News Travel. For News Travel, customers are rubbish to be taken lightly. They wanted to - they transferred to one bus, they wanted to - to another, no matter what seats you have tickets for. We changed three buses until we got from Sunny Beach to Lutsk. Your legitimate indignation is answered in a boorish way: "If you don't like it, go on foot." The children were brought to tears.

News Travel solves its problems not at the expense of the company, but at the expense of its customers - travel time (we drove 6 extra hours) and their comfort. Their bus broke down - they begin to "compact" other flights, transfer customers from one flight to another.

No one even asks customers if they agree. Although people did not board a charity bus, but paid money for the road, and they have the right to demand that they be transported as provided in the contract. But the principle of News Travel: "Eat what you serve!". And also say thank you for being taken at all.

In short: we will never deal with this disgusting company again in our lives!
