UNFORGETTABLE EXPERIENCES News Travel

My wife and I went to Nessebar. We bought a ticket from Royal Tour. The office is nothing. All are welcoming. But the operator's tour was shoved into us - "News Travel" !!! It's just awful. . . People, if you want to save your nerves, time and money, do not try to get involved with these charlatans. Their organization of moving is just awful!!!!! Their buses went to Bulgaria for 36 hours, when the buses of other tour operators arrived in 20 hours. There is no guide in the cabin, only two uneducated Bulgarian drivers. They hardly speak Russian. We stopped the bus 4 times during the entire trip. They didn't even offer coffee and tea. When we stopped, we were not told for how long. They themselves went to eat, and told people not to disperse from the bus. The TV inside the bus did not work. In general, the road there from "News Travel" turned out to be "fun". Well, okay, it would be possible to push everything onto the drivers, but at the border they tell us: "the bus brings people to the city, and organize the transfer to the hotels yourself." This is in view of the fact that it was written in the vouchers that the transfer is included. We drove to Nessebar, the drivers took us to Sunny Beach and left us, they say, further on their own. When 10 people raised a howl and began to call their travel agencies, then the operator "News Travel" raised their ass and agreed with the host on the transfer. Our tour company was constantly interested in the state of our affairs. Royal Tour in this regard, well done. The worries of "News Travel" fell on their shoulders!!! Some tourists from other tour companies were generally forgotten to pick up by News Travel. And the tour companies didn't care. And the tourists lived at the reception for more than a day. In short, muddy. The mood was spoiled for everyone in the first days. Buses at "News Travel" is a separate conversation. Call them comfortable, the language does not turn!!! The return trip was even worse. "News Travel" - DOES NOT RESPECT ITS TOURISTS. BE CAREFUL!
