This Tour Operator is not responsible for anything. The main thing for them is the money received from clients, and the solution of problems created by them is from the fantasy section. Below is the text of the message sent to the email. address to the director of tourism, as well as the head of the quality control department. There was no response from the company to this appeal. We have drawn our own conclusions from this. Perhaps someone else will come in handy, namely those who want to rest comfortably and efficiently for their money. This is exactly what we wanted, but, unfortunately, were not heard in our requests by representatives of the Tour Operator.

We talked to Olga.
For my part, I note that on behalf of NEWS Travel, she apologized about the situation that has developed. In communication, she was very correct and respectful. No claims against her - the person than he could, the tried to help.
But, to our regret, the issue was not resolved in a positive direction for us, because, according to Olga, the company does not have a single option for rescheduling the departure time both there and back. There are no options for postponing the departure date by 1 day later. Even, as Olga explained, with the option of additional payment on our part, there are also no options for us.
It turns out that, alas, but I was right when I wrote my review, namely - "It's not a question - the contract states that the Tour Operator has the right, if necessary, to change the time of departure / arrival. And what exactly do we, tourists, have right in this case? It turns out that there are none! Neither the date nor the time can be changed, while we are forced to lose almost a whole day of rest through your fault. "
I understand that such reviews on websites about your company are not pleasant, which Olga told me about, but then please advise what we, tourists, should do in this case? How can we protect ourselves if this tour was originally chosen? Despite the fact that at that time there were many proposals, including those for another Tour Operator. And now we have another option. And I note that without our consent. And the replacement was made a week after we paid for the tour (payment was 03/26/2014). Really during these 3 weeks it was not possible to inform tourists about the changes, perhaps three weeks earlier it would have been possible to somehow resolve this issue, and not now, a week before departure?
As you can see, there are many options - there would be a desire to take care of tourists and responsibility for the obligations assumed under the contract.
The tourist is not protected in anything, unlike the Tour Operator and air carriers. Regarding the airlines, I would like to note separately that they do not provide us with services for free and it would be high time to somehow learn how to adapt to the wishes of tourists. Moreover, the prices for charter flights are not much different from the prices for regular flights. It seems to us that it is time to start learning to provide quality services to tourists and for the benefit of tourists, and not just for the benefit of our beloved Tour Operators and airlines.
Income - income, but reputation - has a much greater price!
Despite the fact that there were no options with an earlier departure, Olga voiced a proposal to provide compensation in the form of a certain bonus (discount) for us the next time we book a tour with your company.
This, of course, is wonderful, but ..... it is wonderful for NEWS Travel, because we will automatically be tied to your company for at least 1 more tour. But, taking into account some aspects, we are not sure that we will be able to take advantage of this offer in the future, because. trust has already been lost.
We understand the desire of Olga and the company as a whole so that tourist reviews like this one do not appear on the sites, because they undermine the image of the company, but understand us too, we paid money and want to provide high-quality travel services in full, which you You are depriving us now without the possibility of any choice. And the proposed compensation is a future period, which is not known when it can take place.
When we purchased the tour, we were sure that in the future we would turn to NEWS Travel. But, as practice has shown, "your shirt is closer to the body" and the interests of tourists you do not take into account in your work.
At the end of the conversation, Olga expressed her desire that we continue to remain your clients, that every tourist is valuable to you and the company is trying to do everything in its power in such situations. She wished us a good holiday.
Considering that at the moment there is absolutely no desire to go on tour after our interests were not taken into account, I had no right to promise Olga that we would go on tour. It would be dishonest of us.
Considering that there were no options that would suit us. And the compensation looks doubtful (we will not be able to accurately calculate a certain tour and know whether they gave us a discount or not). We really have no choice but to go on the proposed tour and at the same time donate 10 watches to whom it is not known and it is not clear why, or not to go and also donate, but now it is money, and again it is not known to whom and it is not clear why ..
You know, Victoria, in this case - it's not even a question of money or 10 hours (day) paid by us - it's a question of morality and ethics.
And believe me, we really do not have the morale to go on tour in this state of affairs.
But does your company have the ethics to allow tourists to give you about $2,000 and sincerely not want to go on tour?quot;
P.S. Separately, we note that at the moment (2 days left before departure), News Travel has not yet provided us with the documents for the tour.
