Trip to Bulgaria

I read a lot of negative reviews before the trip. Even driving was scary. But there is nowhere to go, you have to go. The bus is good, the air conditioners work fine, even sometimes it was a bit cold. Drivers are professionals. DVD repertoire - Russian comedies. Customs, of course, strained a little, but they themselves are to blame, arguing with customs officers is more expensive for themselves (or rather, longer). Special thanks to the escort, his name is Stanislav, he did everything promptly (at customs), he answered all questions without problems. We were very pleasantly surprised by the transfer from the NEWS Travel from the bus to the hotel (and back upon departure), although before that we were warned that we would have to get there ourselves. The hotel ("Shipka") justified its three stars, but this has nothing to do with the travel agency. The meeting party (Bulgarian operator Bon Tour) pleased with the excursions. There are no complaints about the way back either (we don’t take into account force majeure - an accident on the highway, due to which we left 2 hours later, and a group of schoolchildren who spent an hour at each stop in the store, buying all sorts of nonsense). Thanks again to Stanislav (we also went back with him) for his patience. In general, we are very satisfied with the trip, the organization of the tour is excellent. Transfer bus-hotel in Bulgaria should become a tradition. Thank you NEWS Travel for a wonderful holiday.
