Good afternoon, dear employees of NEWS Travel!

Tell me, please, by what right do you rob (I can’t call it otherwise) people who buy tours from you? Who gave you the moral right to do this to us?

Not a question - the contract states that the Tour Operator has the right, if necessary, to change the time of departure / arrival. And what exactly do we, tourists, have rights in this case? It turns out that none! You can’t change the date or time, and we are forced to lose almost a whole day of rest through your fault. Gentlemen, if you change the time - so be kind enough to return part of the money to tourists for services not rendered by you. Maybe it's enough to lead tourists by the nose - I do what I want. Times are not the same, folks.

We are not interested in your problems and problems of airlines. We paid 100% for the tour within the specified timeframe under the contract, the dates and time of departure were indicated, and now miracles are starting in the sieve, in which it is we, the tourists, who incur losses due to incomplete provision of services.

A huge request to the NEWS Travel staff - do not do this to tourists. There is absolutely no desire to go on vacation under your auspices. For the first and last time we turned to you, because the provision of quality services to tourists is the key to the success of the Tour Operator. But, apparently, even in such difficult times, the attitude to the quality of services does not change. It's a pity.

We still have a question - will we go on tour. And the fact that we will lose not a small amount thanks to NEWS Travel will remain on your conscience. For we will not beg and humiliate ourselves for our own money.
