I want to express my dissatisfaction and disappointment with the work of the News Travel operator.

We bought a tour to this hotel on 12/26/2013 for 10 nights, 2 Dbl early booking rooms from News Travel at a price of $ 3134 for an EARLY BOOKING room back in October. Not only was it not reflected in the price (now this tour costs the same), but two weeks before we were informed that the hotel was being resold and we were being moved to another, instead of all-inclusive meals, full board, instead of the first line - the second . We did not agree to such "alternatives". Then the hotel suddenly started working again and we were offered 7 nights instead of 10, and then relocation again. By categorically refusing the proposed dubious actions of the News Travel tour operator, with the help of the TUI travel agent, we achieved cancellation and a refund (which have not yet been officially returned to us). It is still not clear whether the hotel is open or not? And whose fault is our failed vacation. We will definitely go to court.
