The road from Bulgaria in two days!

All documents are perfect! The road to Bulgaria is great (the bus, of course, is good, but normal drivers are good. The hotel is excellent ... it seemed that nothing foreshadowed spoiled impressions! The Go to Holiday partner operator even picked us up from the hotel (but this is us, but tourists from Sozopol were "forgotten" - however, they later remembered and even rushed in a jeep.) At 12.00 - departure from Sunny Beach. Drivers inarticulately report that the departure of the bus is delayed due to an accident on the highway. We are waiting. The sun is baking with might and main. 2 hours. We set off. After 15 minutes, we realized that the air conditioner was not working. They told the driver - why did he start yelling that the air conditioner could not start working like that right away, and then he generally began to yell in Bulgarian (we understood that it was a mat. An hour later, the air conditioner did not work, the people reconciled themselves so as not to anger the driver, in whose hands our lives are in. 2 hours later, in Golden Sands, the representative of Go to Holiday reported with a radiant smile that the bus needs a little repair, it takes an hour and 1.5-2 for a walk. At 14.00 12 passengers got off at the bus stop, where another 13 tourists were waiting for this bus. There is no more money, things were left on the bus. .. At 4:00 pm we started trying to find out where our bus was. after another 2 hours we were informed that in half an hour he would be there. To all phone calls (and this is a lot of money in roaming!) News Travel answered that the bus would be there in half an hour. Among the passengers were children who had long wanted to eat. . . At 21.00 it began to get dark, we were at a stop in Golden Sands, not a single phone of tour operators answered. . . the active group found the police station, even going to call the embassy. . . At 21.30 the bus arrived, and even with a repaired air conditioner! Having safely passed all customs, at 9.00 - Ukrainian customs. We stand for an hour - no traffic, drivers are walking near the bus, no one says anything. . . We started to figure it out ourselves. The first version is that the bus is not released due to a cracked windshield and the absence of the "Bulgaria" emblem, the second is that the drivers do not have permission to enter. the result is the same: our valiant border guards do not let the bus into Ukraine, and we are kindly offered to ride passing buses to Kyiv or Odessa (200 UAH + then it is not known how to get to Kharkov). News Travel reports every half an hour that we know about the problem, it will be solved, another bus will be in half an hour. And only at 14.00 another bus arrived, which, apparently, was not ready for the trip all the way to Kharkov and was driving very, very slowly - 19 hours from the border to Kharkov, instead of 11. on the way, of course, a wheel broke through, etc. Leaving the hotel at 11.00 on Sunday - we arrived in Kharkov at 10 am on Tuesday! In total, on the road - 47 hours! Now - only book and go by yourself - no tour operators !!!!!!!!!!
