I will never book a tour with NewsTravel again!

I am a tourist with experience a year fly at least 4-5 times. I always booked tours in Turtesse and Tui, in June I chose a tour from an agency, unfortunately not knowing which tour operator I would order from :-( and so it began ... there was NO coordination between the tour operator and the travel agency! At the same time, NewsTravel considered that transferring information to the travel agency, he disclaims all responsibility for the further development of events.The flight schedule has changed (I'm already silent about the fact that due to the changed schedule we lost 2 days of rest in an expensive hotel. . ) the tour operator did not transfer the information to the travel agency.. yes! you can say - it was on our site, but! if you are fighting for your customers, then in this case you did an unsatisfactory job.. Of course, we wrote a statement about everything (changing the conditions of the application, flights, etc.). . . honestly waited for an official response to their application, but! ))) Employees of the quality department simply did not answer calls, hoping that after the trip, tourists simply would not want to continue this unpleasant th conversation. But no :-) the whole situation in the country says that you have to fight for your rights and I will continue to do it in every possible way. In turn, I will MAXIMUM dissuade all friends and acquaintances: orally, in writing, through social networks. networks do not fall into the same situation when working with a NewsTravel tour operator, but simply DO NOT apply to your operator.
