Bus tour to Bulgaria Golden Sands

Before the trip, I read reviews on the Internet, it was honestly scary to go. But all the documents have already been drawn up, the tour has been paid, you have to go. Departure from the palace of Ukraine at 7.10. We arrived at 6.30 the buses were already standing (carrier Boris). After registering with the accompanying guide, all the tourists placed their luggage, took their seats, and at 7.30 we left. Reading the previous reviews that the air conditioner did not work, the bus was traveling at low speed, I want to say the following to the rude accompanying people: the air conditioner worked properly throughout the journey, if it became cool at the request, it immediately turned off, the accompanying guide Katyusha was very entertaining, before each the stop reported information about the parking time, since there were many children on the bus, the drivers stopped the bus at the slightest need. Everything was fine with the speed, dear tourists, I don’t want to offend anyone, the bus carrying tourists is not a racing car and the speed of 90 km / h is quite acceptable. Before each customs office, Katya explained everything in detail and intelligibly to everyone, and, if necessary, several times. As for the time spent during customs control, it does not depend on the drivers and the accompanying person. We spent about 6 hours crossing the Ukrainian-Romanian border, but tiring, but what can we do, there were about 4 buses in front of us. On the territory of Romania, our drivers (Stoyan and George) tried to make sanitary stops at gas stations, and not like some drivers in a bunch of different fields. If someone wanted to make tea or coffee while on the bus, Katyusha always brought boiling water. We arrived in Golden Sands even 30 minutes earlier than planned. 20-25 minutes before the stop Management (in Golden Sands, the place of disembarkation of tourists), Katya informed us that our transfer to the hotel was already waiting for us, and indeed a minibus was already waiting for us (the host of the Go 2 Holiday). In the same way, without any unpleasant moments, the departure passed. We left on 7. 07. 13 at 19. 10 from the stop Management Golden Sands (flight 316 Kyiv-Sozopol). At 17.50 a transfer arrived for us, for which I write everything in such detail, since our neighbors from Belarus left on the same day, so they had to be picked up from the hotel at 13. 00 (carrier Il Tour), but at 17.00 they were still at the reception and the hotel manager continuously called the tour carrier when he finally deigned to pick up the tourists. I do not know how it ended, as we safely left the hotel. The bus arrived 6 minutes late, but not through the fault of the drivers, but due to the fact that a whole company of young people from Chernivtsi decided to drop into the market for beer and chips before boarding the bus, but the bus drivers categorically refused to let tourists with beer board Because of this incident, there was a delay. Upon landing, each tourist was given a bottle of mines. 300 ml of water, which was also nice. We, as tourists who traveled by bus for the first time on vacation, had pleasant impressions from the tour operator, the interpreter and the host. What I would like to wish the Doris carrier company to have buses with footrests.
