BUS FROM News Travel- AFTER YOU REALLY WANT TO GO HOME!

PART 1. GORA FORWARD. My husband and I went to Bulgaria for 12 days along with the road. The journey from Kyiv to Nessebar took 33 hours, while other tour operators took 24 hours!!! In the broken-down bus, the TVs did not work, all the way, as in horror films, black and white stripes flashed on them, the drivers NEVER announced stops and their duration, they themselves went to eat, and people were told that there was no time. Stops were made rarely and in such places , where there is 1 toilet for everyone - and 50 people from the bus were forced to stand for 30 minutes. in queues! They brought us to Sunny Beach, and there your problems, although the transfer to the hotel in Nessebar was paid for. Only thanks to the rush of people who called their travel agents in Ukraine, this issue was resolved.

PART 2. GO BACK. In our boarding pass it was written that the bus leaves from New Nessebar, st. Khan Krum 27-29 at 15.50, transfer for their own, although it was originally paid (but our travel agency promised to return it, although they are not sure that such a carrier). We arrived at 15.30 at the place, 16.20 - no people, no bus, we had 10 euros for the return trip, because. rested in all incl., they were allowed to call Ukraine. AND AT THIS TIME: the guys who were traveling with us to Bulgaria knew that we were also on the same bus back, they were informed the day before departure that they would be picked up by a minibus and taken to Sunny Beach, so on the way back they raised kipish, when they didn’t pick us up, the driver said that they didn’t know anything until he got a call from News Travel, who got through to our travel agent. It’s raining outside, on the last day I got sick, with a temperature, we stand, we wait, 16.50, we scroll through different options for leaving home, and Hurray, they found us !!! The bus left Sunny Beach at 19.00, some people were told to wait from 11 am just near the bus stop!!! There was a typo in the tickets with one letter in the bus numbers - they also marinated for some time, they didn’t want to sit down. But finally they sat down, decided that all the hassle was over, naive. The whole next day we drove around Romania, there are no exchangers at gas stations, Romanians don’t take euros, in the morning the drivers drank hot coffee and ate sandwiches, and the whole bus was salivating! In general, before the trip we ate on the 26th at lunch, and the next time on the 27th at 19.00! After a general strike of the bus and angry men who had not eaten for a day, we were stopped near Khmelnitsky in a cafe and I, with my sore throat, finally ate something long-awaited warm. They brought us on the 28th at 3 am to the Palace of Ukraine, although the tickets said that the arrival was on the 27th. And many had to go to work on the 28th, but we were lucky, and my husband and I had the opportunity to come to our senses at home for a day.
