to be honest, the tourists did not receive tickets on the eve of the departure, even no one could adequately tell where the plane was flying to Burgas or Varna and the time of departure! The mailing list was sent after small appeals to the management, but they contained a flight to Burgas at 13-10 and a promise to issue documents to tourists at the airport! But at the airport, the representative of Andryusha said that there were no such tickets and you still fly to Varna at 14 ... and in general go to the other terminal yourself and print your tickets! This is 1 hour before departure! Of course, the subsequent apology to the tourists and our company was long. Well, what an organization where the responsibility of the company's employees is complete negligence, you call them yourself and see for 3 hours in a row you will be switched from one department to another, but there's no point! so you can stay without customers with such partners! Good evening everyone! I hope our tourists return safely back to Ukraine and in a good mood!
