In early September 2014 we traveled from Kharkov to Balchik.
1. Buses are in good condition, it was comfortable to ride.
2. The accompanying employees of the NewsTravel travel agency - Sergey on the way to Bulgaria and Irina on the way back - thank you very much, they did everything possible to make the trip go smoothly. They called everyone who got on the road, answered questions, smoothed out conflicts with inadequate and drunken passengers.
3. Transfer to the hotel and back was on time.
4. Despite the early check-in time (9 am) and later than expected (14-00) check-out time, we were given the opportunity to calmly move in and check out.
