I was looking for a tour myself on vacation.com, I contacted the agency to buy it. They served me well, answered my questions, told me everything about the tour. The tour operator was JOIN UP, there were no transfers of flights, everything was on time. We were met at the airport, the bus was comfortable, in which we were taken to the hotel. →
Everything was great in the agency, I liked it. Our tour operator was Almatur, everything was fine with the transfer. →
Everything was fine in the agency, no questions arose. Everything was fine with the flight, even though the plane was delayed for an hour, but this is not critical. Excursions in Turkey were offered to us by a guide, but we did not use it, we prefer a beach holiday. But on the tour, all the services corresponded to reality. →
I didn’t go where I wanted, I was recommended a tour to Kemer, they said drive up, pay, when I arrived it was no longer available on that date, I had to change the city. And so all is well. Flights are fine. Excursions were offered, but the guide was not interested. →
