I found this agency through advertising and it’s too bad that I didn’t get a recommendation. The manager drove away without reporting any information, but instead had to struggle to obtain information. Especially after making an advance payment. I had to fight with these same food several times, because... I didn’t remove the video. After contacting the tour, for which I had made an advance payment, they simply sent the operator’s sheet without explanation. →

This was my second trip on a bus tour in Europe and again turned to a trusted travel agency. Here they will listen to all wishes, select the right route, treat them to coffee and always have gifts :) I have long wanted to visit the fabulous city of Prague and I succeeded on the "Three Nuts for Cinderella" tour, also visited Krakow a little on the tour, there was an optional excursion to Dresden and a little Brno. →

I bought an excursion in Maytravel called: Carmen's smile! Ljubljana, Milan, Barcelona, ​​Nice and Venice! There are no complaints about them, everything is fast and good. Served quickly and well. The tour was of course big and long. Of course, they presented a vacation by the sea, but in fact there was very little of it, because there were a lot of excursions. →

In this agency, the manager was able to find what I wanted and tried to make a price that suited me. I didn’t even go to the office, she came to me herself with a contract, took everything, took the payment for the tour and quickly processed and prepared the documents for us. We had absolutely no transfers of flights and the transfer was of excellent quality. →

We bought a bus tour "Introduction to Casanova". The girl took us to paid places. They promised a good bus, but in fact an old small bus. When buying, they promised to arrive +\- at 12 o'clock at night, they were late by more than 2 hours and miraculously managed to catch the train. Monstrous service! →

TRAVEL COMPANY MY TRAVEL (Kyiv) Very honest and decent. After unforeseen circumstances related to health, due to which my tour did not take place, the company, in spite of everything, returned the full amount of money to me, without fines and penalties. I can safely recommend this company to people who want to travel. →

My Travel company ruined my vacation with their lies, besides, 400 euros just went down the drain. Now about everything in order. After the May holidays, I found out that from May 30 to June 14, 2015 I will have a vacation, and I planned an important personal tourist trip to Berlin from June 10 to 14 - I bought plane tickets, paid for a hotel (My Travel has absolutely nothing to do with it ). →

We went with the company "MY Travel" on a bus tour of Italy. Very intelligent managers - they told in detail about the route, they opened visas on time, they offered tea and coffee, and their office is generally awesome - you rarely see such beauty in other travel agencies. I also really liked the tour itself - we saw Budapest, Eger, Padua, Rome, Venice, without night crossings, we lived in good hotels, the leader Alexander was wonderful. →

We are very grateful to MY Travel for a wonderful vacation Singapore-Bali from 12/31/11 to 01/14/2012. Initially, we wanted to fly on New Year's Eve. The manager picked the best flight for us cheaper by $ 300 than other agencies (although the departure was on December 31, but they noted on the plane with an unlimited amount of alcohol from the stewardess :)). →
