The trip turned out to be unpleasant

We ordered a trip to Bulgaria, a beach tour, also called a youth tour, no idea why)

There are a lot of shortcomings. The travel agency does not report all the nuances of the trip. And there are a lot of them and they are all unpleasant. The time of the move in the information list was indicated as 24 hours. In fact, we drove 44 hours, almost two days. Consequently, less water was stored, food too, and the discomfort was enormous. Drivers for the first time drove along such a route, so they dodged. The leader (Alena) - did not tell at all on the microphone what was happening, why it took so long, when the next stop, "open your passports on such and such a page." They put some kind of pop series of hours like this from 9 to 12 at night. To sleep properly, I had to go downstairs and ask to turn it off.

We arrived at the hotel at 2 am and it turned out that our rooms were occupied, they asked us to live in 4-bed rooms with someone else for a day. It was nonsense. Naturally, the travel agency did not report this, i.e. who would agree to such a thing. And this is not the first time such experience has been practiced. The hotel has a lot of shortcomings, it is not 3 stars at all, as we were told. In the bathroom, the tank is leaking, constantly damp. Bed with holes, towels are no longer white for a long time, sockets fall out.

As a result, the trip was not the most pleasant. The travel agency coped well only with the visa, the rest was silent, and the memories were not the best.
