Good day to all!!! I want to write the truth about the work of the company, namely Director Katerina, since it was with her that we had to cooperate. To begin with, we turned to this company on the advice of friends and hoped for a good vacation, as we had only heard about positive trips. But. . . . . . We chose a holiday in Egypt. The trip was with a small child and it was our first experience of a holiday abroad, of course we hoped for professionalism. We bought vouchers quickly (as we later realized, most likely we were just sold last-minute vouchers at a normal price, not a special price) From the very beginning, we asked for advice on a good hotel, with good food and entertainment for the child, we considered many options, but at the last moment for reasons unknown to us, our tour manager Katya Shcherba advised our Hilton Taba hotel, which is located 300 km from the airport. After reading the reviews about the hotel where people wrote that it took about 4 hours to get to the place, naturally I asked Katya about this, but I received an answer that most likely people got from Hurghada and not from Sharm, and therefore such a time, and that we actually go 40 minutes. In general, with grief in half, we recovered on a trip. The flight time from Ekaterina was also reported incorrectly (according to her, 1.5 hours, in fact, we flew 3 hours and 40 minutes). When we arrived we were immediately shocked. . . a 3 * 4 minibus was waiting for us, in which there were already 12 people, and since there were also 5 of us, there was no place for my child and she sat in my arms all the way, although the place was indicated in the transfer. Further, the guide in broken Russian-English said that we had to go for 3 hours, it was generally terrible. but this is not the limit of our experiences, since we arrived at about 10 pm, it was already dark there, at first we went to deliver people, as it turned out later, our hotel was the farthest, the driver who did not understand a word in Russian and English drove all the way like Schumacher is on this wreck, so it is not strange that around 3 am we were standing in the middle of the desert with a small child due to the fact that he was constantly coasting and the brakes simply could not stand it and started to burn. Panic began in the minibus, everyone was crying, and the driver said that this was a normal situation, the guide generally overslept all the way, gradually drinking something from a flask (in general, he was drunk) for a long time to describe all the emotions, but the point is that we never reached our hotel , we stayed at another hotel, with the people who were brought there, because we could not take risks and go further with an inadequate driver (although I generally doubt that he was a driver at all and who it was was not clear) we could not, since another hotel provided us with rooms and my child was able to get some rest. We even got to this hotel about 7 hours.. In general, the organization of the meeting of tourists at zero. On the face of it, it's a complete scam. The next day, somewhere around 12 noon, we still got to our hotel, but with what mood. we were already going to buy a ticket with our own money and fly home, but Katya told us that this was impossible, although on the way back I talked with the manager at the airport and he said that this was possible, but again, the ticket must be booked by the tour operator. In general, you can describe a lot of things, but to sum up, the rest is ruined, there are no impressions, the work of the company is DISGUSTING, or rather, there is simply no work, KATIA SHERBA is just a complete non-professional, since there was no participation on her part in helping, for all the days when we were there she was simply absent, did not try to help, to find out. . . . . . I read other reviews and I don’t understand why we were so unlucky, because we didn’t ask for an economy option, we were ready to pay what we did and just wanted to relax. I will never recommend this TOUR company to anyone and I hope that this review will be useful. Thanks to all.
