Bought a trip to Turkey. Before the purchase, we communicated with managers in telegrams, where we were told that the tour was paid without a commission and all surcharges were included. I chose a tour with convenient departures, which was more expensive per euro than similar tours. I made an advance payment, and the fun began ... It turned out that TO was asking for additional payments for insurance. And the rest of the cost of the tour must be paid, BUT with a commission, since non-residents of Ukraine cannot pay for the tour via the Internet without a commission. Although there was not a word about this before the payment of the prepayment. Managers refer to clauses of the contract. It turns out that telegram managers cannot be trusted! Read the contract before buying.
Documents should have been sent 5-2 days before departure. They did not send it until I wrote to the managers again. They sent it right away, literally in a minute .... What prevented you from sending documents on time ??
Immediately in the documents I saw that they changed the return flight (10 hours earlier). Why did I buy a tour for 100 euros more (with the possibility of choosing a convenient flight)? And they changed not only the time of departure, but also the flight number. In response to my claims, the managers again culturally sent me to read the contract .... You, as a tourist, are not insured in any way from a spoiled vacation, even through the fault of TO and agency managers .... Read the contract. And no one will allow you to make changes to the contract. Therefore, your vacation is not in your hands, but in the hands of TO and the agency for YOUR MONEY. And if you can go to the agency after your vacation and speak to your agent, then in the case of Misto travel, no one will listen to you.
