We bought the tour and clearly discussed with the manager that we need 2 bedrooms in the room (otherwise, we do not buy the tour), to which the travel agency replied that you need to pay another 170 euros and then you will have 2 rooms.
When we arrived, we were accommodated in the cheapest one-room hotel room. City Travel said it was a tour operator's mistake, but in fact, it was a city travel mistake that they didn't want to admit. And for moving to another hotel, the tour operator wanted to pay a fine of 50% of the purchased tour, even if the move will be to a cheaper hotel.
Vacation spoiled and no one returned the money for the surcharge for a 2-room room! The main thing is that they bought a tour, and then they sneeze at your problems on vacation! Golel is terrible, without sound insulation, you could sleep only from 12 o'clock at night until 6 am.
We were outraged by those who told us to pay extra for the mistake made by the City of Travel.
