The Czech Republic-Austria-Budapest tour was bought on the Misto Travel website, the operator is Accord Tour. The only, but a big minus - when buying a tour in Misto-travel, they promised, but in the end they did not organize a transfer from Lviv to terminal A. They also promised that the group leader would call back before the tour to clarify the details of the transfer.
But no one in a toga called and did not provide a transfer. If I had waited for their transfer and had not called a taxi, I would have been left without a tour.
Accord-Tour blamed Misto-Travel, and Misto-Travel blamed Accord-Tour. In the end, no one even called back with an elementary apology.
On payment of the tour - everything is pretty fast, no complaints.
