- they helped with the provision of the number of return tickets (by correcting my file) for the unprinted numbers of the return air tickets in the contract ... they quickly responded and sent a copy of the booked tickets back to the mail. On this promptly - Thank you!

After reading the rules of MistoTravel in detail, I was afraid, but we were still lucky .. to get around the "sharp corners" of the contract
1) the so-called "convenience" of booking a tour for 3000 UAH (minimum) prepayment is sooooo doubtful! this is convenience (this is nonsense - convenience should be in the simplicity of paying for the whole, and not complications and dividing the amount) it would be better to SIMPLY freeze the entire amount transferred at the cost of the tour when paying - and either accept or return - if not agreed, would leave only one option FULL amounts (if the tour is not confirmed by the tour operator with a refund). And then it turns out to pay these 3000 UAH (either they accept it or not - whether the tour operator confirmed), and then I’ll leave the money - they throw off the details, and figure out how to pay cheaper the second remainder on the order without a commission or with a minimum commission Privat24 according to the details of the company, or 2 % of the amount by their expensive online transfer, but according to "details" - what an ancient age in general, online card payments, even for Universal credit cards, have long been open in the yard without commissions for transferring balance money!
2) These so-called deposit accounts (in the bonus section) MistoTravel (read their FAQ in detail) - where your "money" will return as your virtual account of Mistotravel, if suddenly something goes wrong with the tour or is canceled after confirmation by the tour operator. Well, too, people - the 21st century, after all, the return of payment transactions to the same account, it is more important for customers to return money than your so-called "bonuses" for tours (at least full refunds .. at least use these bonus buns only for 5% of tour reimbursement , it doesn’t matter .. it’s not needed - make a discount on the TOUR - do it right away if you can).
Internet payment for transactions is more important than your details on receipts, which only take you away from taxes.
They could get confused with credit cards - and for the client, replenishing this credit card to pay for the tour would be WITHOUT commissions.
3) The imposition of a hotel guide in the UAE, Dubai - sightseeing tours "only from them, it's cheaper in $". But these are signs apparently of the TUI-travel tour operator itself, from which the tour was, and MistoTravel had nothing to do with it - but on the contrary, MistoTravel only helped out in active technical support on issues of the size / weight of luggage on the plane and our return ticket numbers.
