We turned to Galina from Miland to go to Hungary and Austria. They chose the super blitz tour of Budapest and Vienna from Algol for € 25. Galina said that with all the surcharges (which is 10 € for the surcharge for the hotel in summer + 30 € mandatory tour of Vienna + advance 10 € for another tour) the tour will cost 75 €. Therefore, Galina advised us another option - a blitz tour of Budapest and Vienna from Algol for 45 € cost 65 €)
Only after getting on the bus (which included tourists who bought both super-blitz and just blitz like us) did they learn that those who have a blitz tour do not go to Vienna. And if they want to go, we have to pay 30 € for the tour. We argued for a long time with our guide Myroslav why the blitz was called Budapest and Vienna and where the program states that we are not taken to Vienna. But to no avail. Their program is really not transparent and can be interpreted in different ways.
Having said that it is the fault of our travel agent Halyna, who did not explain everything to us clearly, so she has to take the blame, then we have to re-register for a super-blitz. But Galina said that nothing can be done, will have to pay the full cost of the tour. So we overpaid € 30. I understand that the money is not crazy, but since there were three of us, the amount was still normal. It is not clear who is to blame in this situation, whether Algol or Galina, but for us it is still not pleasant. After arriving, Galina was asked to find out everything. All summer only promises to contact us, write, but in fact all the empty promises, do not get in touch. I understand that we will not be able to achieve anything. I want Halyna to be more responsible towards her clients and her work.
