Rested in Bulgaria in August this summer at the Hotel Trakia Garden. Bought a tour, or rather a hot offer at Maxx Travel. I am absolutely satisfied with the services. Arrived at the hotel earlier than planned for 4 hours. Settled almost immediately and without problems. The room is clean overlooking the pool, cleaned daily, friendly staff, if necessary were ready to help. There are no complaints about the work of the travel agency itself. During the settlement there was a certain situation regarding food, as our contract provided for All inclusive, and it turned out that the hotel operates only on the HB system. However, the issue was resolved and the manager Galina was constantly interested in our vacation, whether everything is fine and on arrival also called back, which is very nice. Therefore, I recommend this travel agency and thank Gali for the rest.
