It so happened that almost simultaneously with the services of Mak-travel bul.T. Shevchenko 46, office 2 (m. University) we and our friends took advantage.
In both cases, we encountered the completely inadequate behavior of Maxim, who made us absolutely the wrong visas that we agreed on, extorted amounts of money for visas that we did not receive in the end (completely the wrong visas in the case of our friends), threats from the agency and a bunch damaged nerves.
We definitely advise you to stay away, since not only the services, but also the attitude towards the client is absolutely unacceptable. Maxim is not adequate in principle.
