We chose this company because it is convenient, close to home. We bought two vouchers, one of them was burning, and with this burning voucher it turned out to be a complete mess! The manager Lyudmila mixed up all the dates, did not print the flight voucher! We had to negotiate on the spot at the hotel about the extension of the stay and pay extra, there was no transfer from the hotel to the airport !!! Of course, she didn't even warn us about it! It spoiled our vacation! It left a very negative impression about the company and its employees! We won't be using their services again!
