I have traveled with this travel agency for the 5th or 6th time. I travel to Sharm el-Sheikh quite often, so I already know what's going on there. Of course, they offered me options and I considered them. Everything is as usual, nothing special. They just warned that it is better not to travel with Anex Tour. We had Corel Travel as a carrier. This time there were no transfers of flights. →

We chose this company because it is convenient, close to home. We bought two vouchers, one of them was burning, and with this burning voucher it turned out to be a complete mess! The manager Lyudmila mixed up all the dates, did not print the flight voucher! We had to negotiate on the spot at the hotel about the extension of the stay and pay extra, there was no transfer from the hotel to the airport !!! Of course, she didn't even warn us about it! It spoiled our vacation! It left a very negative impression about the company and its employees! We won't be using their services again!. →
