There was a very unpleasant siege. First of all, the cost of the tour for some reason in Mackintour was higher than in other agencies. The explanation of the dynamics of the price for me was strange - the price on the Internet remained stable until the end. They gave me a discount on the cost of the selected tour on the Internet. Then - having issued the documents, paying for the tour, the day before departure I will receive a call from Mackintore with information about the refusal of the tour operator from the booked hotel. I've already bought the tour! In my opinion - if there are any misunderstandings between the agency, tour operator, hotel - for the client what it matters - he was dealing only with you and already paid you. It would be a decision to apologize, to offer a similar or better hotel with compensation for the difference ... The money was returned more than a day later, they could not apologize at all. Oles's manager: "And what would be better if you arrived and found out on the spot that there are no places?quot;.

Is it professionalism?

I used to take a couple of tours from McIntyre in previous years, ie to some extent a regular customer - but next time I will turn to another agency.
