Terrible travel agent Karina!!!

Dear travelers! I would like to share my impressions about this travel agency. It all started with a booking: we, as experienced tourists, came with a ready-made solution for the country, city, number of days and, of course, wishes for the amount of the tour and the features of the flight. After listening to us, the travel agent seemed to take note of everything. But. it was not here. Firstly, the booking was categorically denied in parts, i.e. - 25%, only 50%, and then with a creak. The second part of the amount was immediately demanded not 2 weeks before departure, but 10 days after making the 1st part. After making an advance payment, we are thrown off the flight with a connecting flight without warning in advance. The travel agent himself did not figure out the flight, did not ask what it was. Here, on a 2.5-hour flight, we lost 5 hours of time, because we were sitting at the Boryspil airport for 5 hours, waiting for the connection. The second point is the cost of the voucher, which turned out to be 2 thousand cheaper without a discount than "with a discount". At the same time, the hotel turned out to be under the conditions of a transit - Soviet-era sanatorium with no repairs for 40 years, so sure! As a gift, they made 2 excursions for us, presenting that the cost of each was 30 euros, in fact it turned out that they cost 10 euros each - 2 walking sightseeing tours. To our complaints about the state of the hotel, when we were already there, the travel agent offered us to move to another room, and after we dropped the photos of the rooms, he told us to try to move to another hotel. I also wanted to note the rudeness and rudeness of the travel agent when communicating after booking and our request to make some changes, according to our wishes. It was said: then you do not need to fly, this is the best way to characterize the "professionalism" of the travel agent. We strongly do not recommend using the services of LuganoTour.
