I want to warn other tourists not to contact them in any way.

This office constantly misinformed me, namely:

1) the cost of the tour that intrigued me on the website is 170 euros - actually 190;

2) the cost for issuing a visa on the site is 35 euros - in fact 55;

3) the tour program turned out to be completely different from the one on the site, but what is more striking is that I saw the program only after I paid the deposit!!!!;

4) I had to call Olga, an employee of the office, several times a day, since she called me very rarely, clarified the information that I requested for half a day!

5) but the last straw and the reason that I took the deposit was the fact that I received an email with the following content: I inform you officially that the language is from Euro 2012, at the moment the Consulate of the Republic of Poland, does not accept documents for a visa on July 14, 2012. Moreover, no one called me back and said this, but simply sent a letter that I read the very next day!

To my question about why they didn’t call me back and didn’t warn me about the situation, but simply sent a letter, Olga asked: “What if I called you back, it would change something.”

After all of the above, I think my decision to take the deposit and not work with this office was natural and justified.

I want to warn other tourists that they would not contact how irresponsible the office!
