Terrible carrier!

We drove with this carrier to Schastlivtsevo, positive in transportation 0, negative:

- by mistake, the trainee booked us a check-out time of 00.55, instead of 20.55, to which the operator said, well, it happens, this is the trainee;

- the bus was late for 20 minutes both on the trip there and on the trip back;

- we were supposed to be in Schastlivtsevo at 8.30, and arrived at 13.00, as we were driving through Zaporozhye to Kirillovka to drop off 3 passengers, after calling the operator, she replied that no one is obliged to warn us that the route has been changed and you will drive for 4 hours more;

- a trip back, this is a separate conversation, first they called back that for technical reasons, the departure at 18.00 is canceled, and there will be a departure at 14.00;

- we drove again through Kirillovka, where we waited for other passengers for almost an hour;

-then it turned out that we were going by this bus to Krivoy Rog, and there we would be transferred to another bus, again without warning;

- in Krivoy Rog, we waited for 40 minutes until the entire bus was full, so that it would go on the route;

- there were only 3 stops for the toilet on the way back in 13 hours, and then in such places that it’s even scary to go there!

If you do not want to ruin your trip, do not choose this carrier in any case !!!
