Unreliable carrier! !!

We booked tickets from Krivoy Rog to Zhuliany airport and back in advance! We got there normally, but they didn’t even call us back! We always called the operator, the operator did not call us back even once! Everything seems to be in order. It's time to depart, but no one calls, they waited 15 minutes, and called back themselves, the operator said that he would find out everything and call me back, we are waiting for another 10 minutes, I call back myself again, another person answers, like our operator is now talking on the phone with the driver , finish and call back ..... we are still at 3.15 am standing on the street and waiting for a response from the operator. .... no one calls us back, after 10 minutes we call back ourselves again and then they tell us that the car is broken, and the next one, which should go, is also broken)))) - and they can pick us up in five hours! Such a fairy tale!

It's before Easter, there are no tickets, neither for the train, nor for the intercity ..... apparently someone else went to our places))

So, dear people! If you are flying somewhere or taking a train, do not rely on this company!!

We will not go anywhere else with you!!! Treat your passengers very badly! !
