Bought a ticket a week in advance. Kyiv-Krivoy Rog, passing through Kirovograd. Specially ordered with a stop in Boryspil. It was expected that immediately after landing, my mother would get on the bus, as she was with suitcases. But upon arrival, she was in for a shock. Not only did they not call her, as they usually do and explain where to go and wait for the bus. When she herself approached the parking lot and asked the driver if he needed her company. He replied that yes - Busfor. But she will not go with them, they have no place. And closed the door on her. How then does this sharashka office sell tickets?!!!! As a result, she had to get to Kyiv on her own. They didn't have a bus either. Most likely, this unfortunate driver put his relative or the one who paid him personally in his pocket. We have never seen such rudeness anywhere else. I would not recommend these scammers to anyone. They don't return money. It's impossible to get through to management. The driver plus everything is a LIAR. said that my mother did not come to the bus and left 10 minutes earlier. all her calls are saved, just like the ticket. Which the driver didn't even look at.
