My sister was traveling yesterday with Kent Tour from Kropyvnytskyi to Boryspil. The minibus was booked in advance, having stipulated the time in advance. Knowing how they dishonestly work, she asked exactly if there would be a departure at a given time, she was answered 100%. On the day of departure, the manager called and said that the flight would not be at 19:00, but at 19:20. At 19:05 my sister was already at the appointed stop, and she was called back at 19:10 and informed that the driver would not be at 19:20, but at 19:50. In fact, we left at 20:00. That is, the conclusion is that they have advertising every hour. Here also consider. The group didn't get together. And they already knew for sure that the minibus leaves at 20:00, and not at 19:00, as a result, the sister stood for 50 minutes in the cold. Because no one will return home with a bag. And they also said that the passenger became ill and there was a forced stop because of this such a delay. So, when she sat down in the salon and asked who felt bad, people were surprised. Not serious, deceitful dispatchers and the same Drivers. I have traveled with them more than once, they smoke while driving, they talk on the phone. And they never left on time! And they take the fact that they have a check-out every hour. And every time people are framed. What if she missed the plane?. Bastards in one word!!!
