Thank you for the work of the company Kent tour !!!

I booked a place in the minibus To Krivoy Rog on Friday 02/16/18. It was necessary to get to the landing point - the railway station. BUT I did not take into account the day of the week and forgot about traffic jams in Kyiv during rush hour. These Kiev traffic jams are just zadolbali !!! The collapse occurs especially at the end of the working week. The city is worth ... I arrived at the railway and, of course, I was late for my bus flight. I sit and do not know what to do, I thought that I would stay overnight at the station. I called the dispatcher in Kent and she advised me to take a taxi, not to waste time and go to the Osokorki metro, because. they still had to get on the bus after the railway to Zhuliany airport (for their passengers). She said that I had 40 minutes left. I quickly ordered an Uber taxi, drove to Osokorki, and after 7 minutes, I was already in the minibus, which I missed at the railway station.

Here's a story :) Thanks to the dispatcher girl for advising me to do just that. There were no train tickets, so if it were not for the Kent tour, then 100% would have to spend the night in Kyiv. THANK YOU AGAIN for such a great service like the Kents.
