terrible organization and attitude to people

The company "Joinap" was completely disappointed and very spoiled, frankly, the whole holiday. By points why:

1. On the way to the hotel, company representatives asked to inform the hotel guide if someone has a DN and promised a pleasant surprise. I said we had a guide Nursultan), because the DN was in Ruslan on July 18, but we did not wait for any surprise. Understand correctly, we did not expect anything, just a representative of "Joinap" himself emphasized this and he did nothing. It is unpleasant. But it's also a trifle.

2. The biggest nightmare we experienced was when it was time to fly back to Kyiv. From the hotel to take us to the airport, we were picked up at about 11:20 pm (departure was supposed to be at 4:30 am). Although it was early and we were paid for 7 nights, and 11:30 pm is not a full night, but something like that.

As a result, we were put on the plane an hour late. For another two hours we sat in the plane, where the staff ran in vests and repaired something.

Nobody explained anything to us. People panicked. As a result, about 2 hours later we were asked to leave the plane and were told that we could not take off because there were problems with the plane. Instead, the pilot assured us that another plane would be delivered to us in an hour at the most.

After that we waited at the airport until 8 o'clock in the morning. Nobody told us anything. Representatives of "Joinap" did not approach us. We were dropped off at the airport. Nobody understood what we were waiting for and when we would leave. After the passengers themselves began to find out at the airport all the truths and lies about what was going on, we were told that we would depart at 8:20 am. They were waiting for me. But this time, as it turned out, we lied.

Finally, after numerous calls to the company, we were told that we were being accommodated in another hotel, because it was unclear when our plane would be repaired. But even here we were lied to, because someone was told that it would happen in a minute. 20, to whom in an hour, to whom in 2-3 hours.

Thank God that a girl who knew Turkish happened to be among the passengers, because the airport staff does not speak English, and a representative of "Joinap" simply did not even come to us. giving us half-truthful information.

At about 10 am, after passing passport and customs control and picking up our luggage (which we also waited for 20 minutes), we were put on a bus and taken to a hotel near Belek. On the way we wandered by bus, because neither the driver nor the guide knew where to go. Finally at 11:20 we arrived at the hotel. We were put on bracelets and punished waiting until 2 pm for the settlement. And this is for people who have been at the airport since 1:30 at night and have not slept !!

Well, that's nothing. We ate and were ready to settle, as we were told that at 5 pm we had a flight and we would not be settled. Although everyone was very tortured, we were glad that we would at least get home sooner.

But this adventure did not end there.

Everyone left the hotel at about 2 pm to get on the buses and go to the airport. But there were not enough buses. With our luggage in the heat, we had to wait about 1.5 hours to wait for the bus to come after us. It was fear! Tired little children were crying and screaming. Even adults panicked! Can't Joinap even arrange buses for us to the airport in time? And it's not just tourists who have paid for their vacation, but also people who wait 16 hours for their flight!

Finally, the bus arrived. We quickly got to the airport, passed the check again, handed over our luggage. And here it turns out that we boarded the same plane again, although the guides "Joinap" promised us another - a Turkish plane!

Most people panicked because everyone was worried about their lives. The staff even had to carry a sedative around the cabin!

It was just a nightmare! Continuous deception on the part of "Joinapa" and disrespect for people who pay money for their vacation.

And one more thing: we know that Andair planes have serious problems. This year our acquaintance flew with them and the plane broke down in them just before departure. This is not normal, because it is about people's lives!
