We chose the area in Turkey, which we wanted to visit and the hotel. They did not pay close attention to the tour operator, they relied on the travel agent of the Sputnik company, Nikolaev.

But in vain. I should have looked at the reviews...

Almost everything that people wrote about Joy-up happened in dreams!

If you are going to buy a tour from them, you are guaranteed to receive: postponement of the departure date (3-4 times), change of the departure airport, change of the airline carrier (three times); postponement of the return date (for a day!), nomadism to another hotel while waiting for a transfer to the airport.

We were lucky: we lived in the hotel in which we booked ... And there could also be a replacement hotel.

For a resident of Nikolaev, a flight from Kyiv is a train ride (the most convenient option), approximately 12 hours.

Due to the mess with the date and time of departure, we bought sets of tickets twice in both directions. Everything had to go in the end! And buy bus tickets for the day! (there were no tickets for the train). The same story - returning home.

As a result - an extremely tedious journey (9 hours) in a bus, at night. Losses during the cancellation of the reservation of tickets, nerves.

Fortunately, at least settled in a hotel for a day to wait for departure - you could relax.

I will never, ever buy anything from this company.

You shouldn't have looked at the reviews first!

Would not recommend to anyone, moreover, I wrote reviews on several sites. Sure, I'll pass the information along to everyone I know.

Word of mouth - spreads information very quickly.

It is especially unpleasant that the travel agent hid this information from us, at least warned us not to take tickets to Kyiv in advance ....

Well, experience is the son of difficult mistakes ....
