We bought a tour at the end of May. They took it through Coral travel, but the tour itself was from Join up. Two days before departure, we changed the departure time from 1:00 to 14:30. Arriving at the airport, we checked in, there should have been a landing, but there was no plane. As a result, we took off at 17:00. We arrived at the hotel, the guide assured us that everything would be compensated for the rest, plus 1 day. As a result, our flight was rescheduled from 8:20 in the morning to 20:30 in the evening, supposedly they compensated for what we lost, honestly, this is about nothing, because check-out is at 12 and then sit on your suitcases and wait. Rave.
I will never go through Join up again. And last year there were problems with the hotel when I went to Turkey, and this year with a flight. If your nerves are dear to you and do not want to spoil your vacation, choose a better tour operator, although the rest will cost a little more.
