Tour purchased in advance. From Kyiv to Hurghada on 15.06 at 02.00 -21.06 at 22.30. As a result, 15.06 - at 18.30 !!!!! 22.06 at 2 am.

On 21.06 at 17.30 we were picked up from the hotel, for about 1.5 hours we drove around the bodies and collected people. Then once brought to the dining room to feed. It was unbearable to even breathe in this dining room, let alone eat the missing salads and the type of "pilaf" (we didn’t eat. We had to eat and go to a nearby restaurant to wait. Waiting until 12 at night, after which we go to the airport. But everything was otherwise, instead of dinner, we immediately went to the "waiting bar", it's cool, beautiful, comfortable. At menu prices - they don't sell, only at prices 2 times more expensive and there are only drinks, since in general the bar is open from 22.00 for locals. and they said that at 22.00 everyone needs to leave the bar and wait on the street until 12. We went to a separate restaurant to eat, which was nearby. and we watched people with small children sit on the sidewalks and wait for a transfer. at 22.50 - a mad canteen guard was running, so that everyone gathers and picks up their suitcases, as there will be buses at 23.00. Imagine this excitement. We continued to sit and watch. 23....23.15....23.30....23.45....00.00 the bus arrives 00.10 - second, 00-25 third...)) SERVICE))

Not a single representative of Join Up got in touch! No one!!!!

After rescheduling the time, they didn't bother to make the wait comfortable!

PS: we rested at the Jungle aqua park hotel and since we are regular guests of the hotel, we could stay there until 12 at night for free on the ALL system. and for $ 5 to get to the airport. BUT!!!
