As a result, we were moved to our hotel on the second day, but before that I managed to catch an infection that had to go to the doctor and be treated until the end of the holiday, and other families did not move to their hotel.
On the day of departure, join up reaffirmed its unprofessionalism and pofigism towards customers, without warning about the postponement of departure from the hotel for two hours. So if you do not want your vacation to go awry, I recommend not to deal with the tour operator join up !!!!!!
