We flew to Turkey on 03.06 to Dalaman - the flight was delayed for 5 hours, the airline was changed (it was Bravo, it became Sky Up). Back - the flight was delayed for 7 hours, since we were left at the hotel for longer, but at the promised departure time - there was no plane, we waited at the airport until the plane arrived for us for a very long time + 3 hours (in total, the flight was delayed for 7 hours), slept right at the airport, poor children, representatives of the airline company did not provide water and food to people, this is terrible. The airline was changed again, Anda Air flew instead of Bravo. People do not buy tours from Join up, although when they booked (early bookings start in April) they had everything ok. And as it turned out, we were still lucky, people sit at the Kyiv airport for 12 hours and cannot fly out, disgrace and lawlessness !!!!
