Bought a tour early booking at the end of July for October. We were waiting for a vacation and looking forward to a wonderful vacation. . And they got a spoiled vacation, a terrible mood and spent nerve cells. 02.10.18 we flew from Kyiv, it’s scary to even remember the plane, thanks for flying. Without stickers, inscriptions and not even painted, from the 80s for sure. 02.10.18 we were met by a guide at the Bodrum airport - Shirin Roman, looking at our voucher, he said to get on the bus number 1, our journey to the hotel began, they said to go about an hour, although we had to go to our hotel less, but we didn't bother. All the way we were told about the Grand Park Bodrum hotel, which we were going to, and it was indicated in our voucher. On the way to the hotel, we had an accident, our bus wheel burst. It was already warm outside and we were transferred to a minibus and taken to otlya. But they brought us to a completely different hotel. In which it was simply terrible to stay. 23 more tourists were in trouble with us. The guide at the beginning claimed that he did not know where we were being taken, then that our hotel was closed, then a version appeared that the hotel was full and we were forced to stay here, but having paid a large amount, we were not ready to stay in unsanitary conditions. So we had to spend the night at the hotel lobby. In the meantime, the guide left all the unsettled tourists in a foreign country and went home to sleep. We ripped off the phones of the embassy, consulate and the Join Apa hotline, which turned out to be not hot and we could not get through to them even once from Turkey. At the embassy and consulate we were told that only a tour operator could help us, who continued to ignore us and all applications from different cities from our travel agents. Guide Deigned to return only at 14:00 already 03. 10. 18 all this time we slept on suitcases, with children and older tourists. Without a shower, we slept sitting on armchairs with cats that walk around the territory like at home. We were ready to fly home, because the rest is already ruined, but we were told that the plane flies once a week. Forcibly, they began to settle us in this terrible hotel (Bodrum Park Reasort), justifying this with the following: Either you live in the ashes or the village, there is no other option. Although in Kyiv, on the Join Apa hotline, the operator said that all tourists would be accommodated in their hotel, indicated in the voucher. With scandals and tantrums, we achieved relocation, but only on 06.10 we were brought to our hotel, to which we drove another hour. That is, initially we were specially taken away in the wrong direction and in the wrong hotel. They hoped that it would work and everyone would be silent, but no. We paid for the rest, which means we had to get it. Why did we rest 3 out of 7 days???? + everything, the flight back was booked at 19:30, then it was moved to 12:00, and then completely to 11:10. At 7 in the morning there was a departure from the hotel, so we were left not only without another day of rest, but also without breakfast. Who is responsible for the wasted vacation?
